A Word from Goldie                                May 2018 Mothers Day

Prayers For Mom:

Father, I thank you for your love and care for my Mom! I pray you would remind her that you care about everything that concerns her and her family today. I pray she will cast her cares on you, knowing that you will take care of it. Help her to refuse to fret or worry today. Instead I thank you in advance for how you are going to meet her at her point of need. Today I pray she will rest in the confidence of your past faithfulness and look forward with great anticipation to your provision for today and the days to come. In Jesus’ Name, Amen

For Grandmother:

Father, thank you for your amazing love for my Grandmother! I thank you for how you have cared for her over the years. I pray you would remind her today of your faithfulness and how deeply you care about everything that concerns her today. Help her to cast her cares on you, knowing that you will be faithful once again to meet her where she is. Let her refuse to worry or fret today. Instead, help her to thank you in advance for how you are going to provide. I pray she would be reminded in a special way today of your great care for her! In Jesus’ Name, Amen

For Children and Grandchildren:

Father, I pray that above all things my children will know your love and care for them! I pray they will learn that whatever they feel anxious about can be cast upon you. Build their confidence, Lord, in your ability to take care of it. Show them in specific ways today that you really do care for them. Teach them that instead of worrying and fretting, they can come to you and you will meet them where they are. I pray they will know you as the one who truly cares for them! In Jesus’ Name, Amen
